The "Services" refer to textile engineering, fabric manufacturing, distribution logistics, and ethical production standards consulting offered by Moshclothing. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Moshclothing.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information for the execution of the services. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to the design, import, or distribution of textile products.
Technical designs, manufacturing processes, and methodologies developed by Moshclothing are the intellectual property of Moshclothing. A limited license is granted to use the manufactured products, but not the underlying processes.
Moshclothing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the services. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the specific service contracted.
Payments shall be made according to the terms agreed upon in the service proposal. Payment delays may result in service suspension. No refunds are offered for consulting services already rendered.
Moshclothing reserves the right to modify these terms. Changes will be communicated in advance. Either party may terminate the agreement for material breach, upon prior written notice.
